Five pathways into one profession: Fifty years of debate on differentiated nursing practice

An article which was just published in Nursing Inquiry about a longstanding debate on the different educational pathways into nursing in the Netherlands, which continue to persist in this day despite many attempts to set a single (high) entry to the profession.
